TokenTalk Exclusive Communities is a platform that allows coin creators and even fans to create private forums accessible only to those who hold the right token in a bitcoin address they've proven they own. This means that a token can be useful and potentially valuable without the need to spend or really do anything with it but hold it.

Access Tokens are like swappable password, a user has access to and can participate in the private area as long as they hold the right the right token.

To those of you who want to create your own Exclusive Community, here's the quick guide to get started.

You must create your token and have at least one in your verified address BEFORE creating your forum - Verify your address before doing this guide

Step 1 - Mouse-over "Forums" in the main menu, then click "Create TCA Forum"

Step 2 - Fill out the information about your token and the forum you wish to create. You must use the full, all capitalized name of your token. Select your desired form of payment

Step 3 - Copy the address and pay for your community. This one time payment covers one board for one year.

Step 4 - Grab a cup of tea while you wait for your payment to confirm in a bitcoin block, after one confirmation your board will be created and you'll be made moderator automagically.

Step 5 - Invite your friends and get chatting! Your Exclusive Community will now appear in the TokenTalk.org front page and "Recent Posts" feed, but only for those who posess the token you've designated.

  Hi Guys - This look interesting and I am keen to check it out more.

  Can you suggest some forums using Token Keys that I can check out?

  Is there a guide or example where the tokens are used in another domain name eg. How I can use it on my website www.farm-edge.com

  Hey @Dawid, This forum will becoming more active now that we've finished up some of the more important features. In the future you'll be able to select a subset of public and TCA forums from TokenTalk and embed them on your website.

  There really aren't many people we know of doing much with Token Controlled Access, we hope that our actions will help spread the idea.

  Thanks @Adam. I am new to this, and very non-technical. From a business point of view I am very exited about the possibilities but am finding it difficult to build and test ideas. Things like demo accounts, how to videos etc. will make it easier to understand - and drive up your costs. Bit of a catch 22.
